In our prayers we remember:
Rose Liffman, Amber Naismith, Mavis Crump, Doris Watts, Karl, Rhett, Lloyd Hughes, Lorna White, Helen Yates, John & Marj Davie, Eileen Aldretch, Alan and
Pam Shepherd, Peter Child, Norma Nott, Glenda, Lloyd and Adam.
We pray for all affected by natural disasters and for all
who help. Pray for peace, for safety & calm in Africa and
the Middle East; for refugees & asylum seekers, all in
detention or living in countries experiencing violence, war and
displacement. Pray for many in the Horn of Africa who are starving as a result of drought. Pray for the Bahraini doctors sentenced for carrying out their healing work on all injured
in conflict, regardless of political allegiance.
Pray for seasonable weather, for wisdom in planning the use of water, for farmers and all affected by drought, flood and fire. Pray for the first people of our land.
Pray for this parish, for Fiona, our rector, for the prison ministry and all prison chaplains and visitors, for our liturgical assistants, for Parish Council. Pray for all, as we
build community and live the mission of the church; for
the vision, the will and the means to sustain Christian
community and ministry here. Give thanks for 150 years
at Holy Trinity Maldon.
We pray for our link missionaries: Lesley Doy (Chile) and Jenny, Steve, Timothy and Elizabeth Sonneman (Pakistan).
We remember the faithful departed, especially Tess Marsden and George Young, whose anniversaries fall this
